摘　　要：研究目标:测算中国能源产业及其关联产业的要素配置效率并进行省域比较。研究方法:对能源产业的测度采用两部门Cobb-Douglas生产函数推导得到的要素错配测算模型,对能源装备制造业的测度采用异质性行业空间模型推导得到的要素配置相对扭曲系数。研究发现:中国西部省份的能源产业链普遍得到延伸,部分省份的"资源诅咒"效应也有所减弱,但较之东部地区,西部地区多数省域的能源产业及其关联产业的要素错配现象比较严重。研究创新:弥补了要素错配领域对能源产业研究的不足,揭示了要素配置效率与能源产业高级化之间的关系。研究价值:全面分析了中国能源产业及其关联产业要素配置效率的变化情况,为能源产业高级化相关政策的制定提供经验依据。Research Objective:To measure the factor allocation efficiency of China’s energy industry and its related industries and compare them in different provinces.Research Methods:To measure the energy industry,use Cobb-Douglas production function of two departments to deduce the factor mismatch calculation model.For the measurement of energy equipment manufacturing industry,the relative distortion coefficient of factor allocation is derived by using the heterogeneous industry space model.Research Finding:The energy industry chain in western provinces of China has been generally extended,and the"resource curse"effect of some provinces has been weakened to some extent.However,compared with eastern regions,the factor mismatch of energy industry and related industries in most western provinces is more serious.Research Innovation:It makes up for the shortage of research on energy industry in the field of factor mismatch.The relationship between factor allocation efficiency and the advanced level of energy industry is revealed.Research Value:Comprehensively analyze the changes of factor allocation efficiency in China’s energy industry and its related industries,so as to provide an empirical basis for the formulation of industry upgrading policies in the energy industry.
