摘　　要：硅胶乳房假体隆乳术(以下简称为假体隆乳术)是目前临床上较为成熟和安全的隆乳手术方式,也是目前最主要和最普遍的隆乳手术方式。假体隆乳术的目标是使隆乳患者获得更美观、持久、安全的手术效果及良好的远期生活质量,同时尽可能减少手术的并发症和再次手术率。近年来,随着技术的不断进步,国际上对于硅胶乳房假体及手术相关问题有了更进一步的认识,该指南是在2013版基础上,参考国内外最新文献资料,结合国内假体隆乳技术的实际情况完成的,旨在为整形外科医生提供最新的知识更新和技术进展,进一步促进我国隆乳技术的发展和整体水平的提高。Augmentation mammaplasty with silicone implant is a fully-developed and safe technique of breast augmentation,as well as the most popular one.The goal of augmentation mammaplasty with silicone implant is to provide long term aesthetic and safe outcome and better quality of life,meanwhile to minimize complications and reoperation rate.The clinical practice guidelines 2020 is established based on the version 2013,the latest literature reports,and current technique status,aiming to provide plastic surgeons with up-to-date knowledge and technique advancement,and to promote development of augmentation mammaplasty in China.
