摘  要:为提高表面硬度和耐磨性,对17-4PH沉淀硬化不锈钢在不同氮势的气氛中进行了离子渗氮试验,渗氮温度分别为440℃、460℃、480℃、500℃、520℃和560℃,渗氮时间分别为8h、10h、15 h和20h。检测了钢的渗层深度、表面硬度和基体硬度。试验结果表明:①离子渗氮温度对钢的表面硬度影响不大,对基体硬度影响较大,在520℃以下温度渗氮,渗层深度随着渗氮温度的升高而增加;②渗氮温度相同,随着渗氮时间的延长,渗层表面硬度变化不大,渗层深度增加,基体硬度降低;③炉气氮势对渗层的表面硬度及基体的硬度影响不大,渗氮温度低于500℃时,随着氮势的降低,渗层的深度减小,渗氮温度≥500℃时,随着氮势的降低,渗层深度增加。In order to increase its surface hardness and wear resistance,17-4PH precipitation hardening stainless steel was ion nitrided experimentally at 440℃,460℃,480℃,500℃,520℃,and 560℃for8h,10h,15 h,and 20 h in furmace atmosphere with different nitrogen potentials,respectively。After this,the steel was tested for case depth,surface hardness and matrix hardness.The results indicated that①the ion-nitriding temperature had no evident effect on the surface hardness but exerted a greater influence on the matrix hardness,and the case depth increased with the increase in nitriding temperature up to 520℃;②at the same nitriding temperature,as nitriding time became longer,the surface hardness had a little change,the case became deeper,and the matrix hardness reduced;③the nitrogen potential of furmace atmosphere had no significant effect on the hardness of surface and matrix,and with the decrease in nitrogen potential the case depth reduced when nitriding temperature was less than 500℃and increased when nitriding temperature was 500℃or above.
