摘　　要：专业是高职教育培养人才的载体。专业设置如不能满足社会需求,人才培养不能满足市场需求,必然被用人单位与考生所抛弃。市场需求每时都在变化,专业也应该动态调整。应用波士顿矩阵市场竞争力分析模型,能为高职院校专业动态调整提供必要的依据,形成集专业评估、专业改造、专业淘汰与专业新设于一体的内部专业动态调整机制。Specialty is the carrier of talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges.If the specialty provision cannot meet the demand of society and the talent training cannot meet the needs of market,they will inevitably be abandoned by the employing units and candidates.Market demands are changing all the time,and specialties should be adjusted dynamically as well.Applying Boston Matrix Market Competitiveness Analysis Model can provide a necessary basis for the dynamic adjustment of specialties in higher vocational colleges,and form a dynamic adjustment mechanism of internal specialties that integrates specialty evaluation,specialty transformation,specialty revocation and specialty establishment.
