摘　　要：XX型发动机空气起动机在使用过程中,时常出现减速器漏油故障,造成其减速器内腔滑油量不足,导致空气起动机内部零件损伤严重。本文从发动机起动系统工作原理和空气起动机的结构特点上分析了该型空气起动机漏油故障发生的原因,并针对故障现象提出了行之有效的修理方法。Oil leakage fault often appear during the operation process of air starter on a certain engine,resulting in insufficient lubricating oil in the inner cavity of the reducer and serious damage to the internal parts of the air starter.This article analyzes the reasons for oil leakage on this type of air starter based on the working principles of the engine starting system and the structural characteristics of the air starter,and proposes effective repair methods for this fault.
