摘　　要：目的:评价本院产前糖皮质激素促胎肺成熟治疗的合理性。方法:收集2017年~2018年产前糖皮质激素用于促胎肺成熟治疗的相关信息,并进行统计分析。结果:在356人次的糖皮质激素促胎肺成熟治疗中,其中28.7%人次为无指征用药,69.7%人次未落在最佳分娩时间窗内,0.4%人次接受了非标准方案的治疗;重复疗程共7人,其中71.4%人不符合重复给药指征;所有患者均无违背禁忌使用糖皮质激素。同期住院但未使用糖皮质激素共4878人次,有给药指征但未给药人次为0。结论:产前糖皮质激素促胎肺成熟治疗的给药指征和重复疗程给药指征把握不够准确,存在明显用药过度现象,临床药师应对此开展干预,促进糖皮质激素的合理应用。Objective:To evaluate the rationality of prenatal glucocorticoids therapy for fetal lung maturation in the authors'hospital.Methods:Relevant information about prenatal glucocorticoids treatment for fetal lung maturation in the authors'hospital from 2017 to 2018 was collected,and statistical analysis was conducted.Results:A total of 356 patient times received glucocorticoids treatment,28.7%of which were treated without medication indications,69.7%did not fall within the optimal delivery time window and 0.4%received non-standard regimen;7 patients received repeated treatment,71.4%of which did not meet the indications for repeated treatment;none of the patients violated the contraindications of glucocorticoids.During the same period,4878 patient times were hospitalized without using glucocorticoids,none of which met the indications for medication.Conclusion:The indications of prenatal glucocorticoid treatment for fetal lung maturation and repeated treatment are not well based,and there is a tendency of excessive medication.Clinical pharmacists should intervene to promote the rational application of glucocorticoids.
