摘　　要：临床药师通过参与1例多形拟杆菌血流感染的直肠溃疡患者治疗,将药学理论和临床实践相结合,从临床诊断、药物选择以及方案调整等方面提出合理化建议,患者感染得到有效控制。临床药师的参与,有利于患者治疗和促进临床合理使用抗菌药物。Participating in the treatment of a rectal ulcer patient suffering bloodstream infection with Bacteroides thetaiotaomicron,clinical pharmacists combined pharmaceutical theory with clinical practice to put forward reasonable suggestions for clinical diagnosis,drug selection and program adjustment,and the infection was effectively controlled.The participation of clinical pharmacists is beneficial to the treatment of patients,which promotes the rational use of antibiotics in clinical practice.
