摘 要:对垃圾渗滤液厌氧系统重启前后厌氧污泥产甲烷活性进行了跟踪测试,以了解厌氧污泥在储存期及厌氧系统重启前后的产甲烷活性的变化,为检修后厌氧系统的快速重启提供理论依据,同时为生活垃圾焚烧厂垃圾渗滤液厌氧系统污泥浓度的选择优化提供参考依据。结果表明:当厌氧污泥在检修期间不补给营养的情况下储存时,厌氧污泥的产甲烷活性逐渐降低。在采取储存期补充原料的措施后,厌氧污泥的产甲烷活性迅速提升。整个厌氧系统重启前后的6次产甲烷活性测试,污泥最大比产甲烷速率(以VS计)由第1次测试的47.1 L/(kg·d)提升至第6次的343.1 L/(kg·d)。厌氧系统控制不同污泥浓度对最大比产甲烷速率的影响不同,厌氧污泥浓度(以VS计)为35 g/L的高浓污泥试验组时获得的最大比产甲烷速率最高。The methanogenic activity of anaerobic sludge before and after the restart of the anaerobic system of leachate was tracked and tested,so as to understand the changes of methanogenic activity of the anaerobic sludge during the storage period and before and after the restart of anaerobic system,to provide a theoretical basis for the rapid restart of anaerobic system after maintenance.Meanwhile,it could also provide reference basis for the selection and optimization of sludge concentration in anaerobic system of leachate in MSW incineration plant.The results showed that when anaerobic sludge was stored without supplementing nutrients during the maintenance period,the methanogenic activity of anaerobic sludge gradually decreased.After taking measures to supplement substrate during storage period,the methanogenic activity of anaerobic sludge increased rapidly.In the six methanogenic activity tests before and after the restart of the anaerobic system,the maximum specific methanogenic activity(measured in VS)of the sludge increased from 47.1 L/(kg·d)in the first test to 343.1 L/(kg·d)in the sixth test.Different sludge concentrations controlled by anaerobic system had different effects on the the maximum specific methanogenic activity rate.The high-concentration sludge test group with a anaerobic sludge concentration(measured in VS)of 35 g/L obtained the highest the maximum specific methanogenic activity rate.
