摘  要:利用加速溶剂萃取仪提取土壤中6种硝基酚类化合物,通过对溶剂类型、提取温度、提取次数等进行筛选与优化,确定了提取条件。提取液经净化后,采用气相色谱-氢火焰离子化检测器进行检测,外标法定量。由试验结果得知,该方法检测土壤中6种硝基酚类化合物的结果稳定、准确。Six nitrophenolic compounds were extracted from the soil by accelerated solvent extraction apparatus.The extraction conditions were determined by screening and optimizing the solvent type,extraction temperature and extraction times.After purification,the extraction liquid was detected by gas chromatography-hydrogen flame ionization detector and quantified by external standard method.The results show that the method is stable and accurate in detecting six nitrophenol compounds in soil.
