摘　　要：针对高速磁浮车辆的结构特点和关键技术要求,对车辆组装的各关键工序及实现方式进行了分析,确定了车辆总组装的工艺流程、工艺装备和实现方法。在样车的制造过程中得到了充分的技术验证,为高速磁浮车辆总组装的工艺布局和车辆的制造积累了宝贵的经验。Aiming at the structural characteristics and key technologies for high speed maglev vehicles,every critical procedure of vehicle assembly is analyzed,while the technical process,technical equipment and implementation of vehicle general assembly are decided.Technical verification is fully carried out during the production of the prototype,which has accumulated valuable experiences for the process layout of the general assembly and manufacture of the high speed maglev vehicles.
