中文分词名称匹配与数据分层更新方法探讨

摘　　要：在当前的大数据时代,地理地址编码在兴趣点(points of interest,POI)名称匹配中变得越来越重要。地理地址编码是研究如何快速有效地建立地点名称文字描述与地理坐标对应关系的技术实现方法,它是沟通各种孤立的信息系统,整合数字城市中各种信息资源的一个关键技术。POI名称匹配是地理地址编码的关键步骤,传统的POI名称匹配费事费力,准确率不高且不稳定。基于以上问题,以德州市数字城市建设项目——数字德州地理空间框架建设为契机,以数字城市中的POI数据快速更新为课题,以德州市某县的数字城市建设为例,为达到数字城市建设中依据专题资料进行POI数据库的快速有效更新的目标,提出了一种基于中文分词的POI快速名称匹配与加权关键词的数据分层的更新方法。At Big data Era,geocoding becomes more and more important to poi name matching. Geocoding is a technique to study how to quickly and effectively establish the correspondence between the character description of the place and the geographic coordinate. It is a key technology to communicate all kinds of information resources in the isolated information system and the integration of digital city(smart city). POI name matching is a key step in geocoding. The traditional poi name matching is very ambitious, low accuracy, and also precarious. Based on the above problem, in this paper, the author takes DE Zhou city digital city construction project-"digital DE Zhou geospatial framework for the construction of digital city" as an opportunity,takes data quickly updating project in digital(smart) city construction of DE Zhou as an project, so,a hierarchical data update method based on Chinese word segmentation is proposed.
