摘 要:以发病西瓜叶片为试材,采用组织分离法对采自吉林省7个市县的西瓜蔓枯病菌进行分离和致病性测定。并采用菌丝生长速率法测定了不同产区西瓜蔓枯病菌代表菌株对24种杀菌剂的敏感性,以期筛选出对防治西瓜蔓枯病的有效药剂。结果表明:通过形态学特征及三重PCR序列分析,共获得334株西瓜蔓枯病菌,332株为Stagonosporopsis citrull,为优势种,2株为S.caricae;不同地区代表菌株对相同药剂的敏感性有轻微差异;病菌对450 g·L^-1咪鲜胺EW等16种杀菌剂表现出较高的敏感性,EC50<20.0 mg·L^-1。Pathogens which caused Citrullus lanatus leaves were gotten by tissue isolated method.Species identification of Citrullus lanatus gummy stem blight in 7 cities and counties of Jilin Province was done by pathogenicity,and the susceptibility of the pathogen representative strains in different areas to 24 fungicides was tested to determine effective treatments for controlling Citrullus lanatus gummy stem blight by the method of mycelia growth rate.The results showed that morphology and triple PCR.334 strains of Stagonosporopsis spp.were obtained,including 332 dominant strains of S.citrulli,and only two strains of S.caricae.the sensitivity of representative strains from different area to the same fungicides was slight different significantly.The pathogen was high sensitive to 16 fungicides including 450 g·L^-1 prochloraz EW,their EC50 value lower than 20.0 mg·L^-1.
