摘  要:薄型子宫内膜阻碍受精卵在子宫内膜着床和发育,已成为严重影响成年女性生殖健康和困扰临床医师的顽疾之一。目前,临床上治疗薄型子宫内膜的方法较多,但疗效欠佳。干细胞具有无限自我更新和增殖分化为多种细胞类型的能力,包括骨髓间充质干细胞、子宫内膜干细胞、胚胎干细胞以及诱导多能干细胞等。干细胞可以定向诱导为子宫内膜细胞,而干细胞移植治疗既可改善薄型子宫内膜的子宫内膜厚度,又可改善子宫内膜容受性,在薄型子宫内膜治疗方面有巨大的应用潜能。Thin endometrium hinders the fertilized eggs in endometrial implantation and development,which has become one of the stubborn diseases seriously influencing adult female reproductive health puzzling the clinical physicians.At present,there are many methods to treat thin endometrium in clinic,but the curative effect is not good.Stem cells have the ability to self-renew and proliferate into a variety of cell types without restriction,including bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells,endometrial stem cells,embryonic stem cells and induced pluripotent stem cells.Stem cells can be inducted into endometrial cells in a targeted way.Meanwhile,stem cell transplantation therapy can improve not only the endometrial thickness of the thin endometrium,but also the receptivity of endometrium,showing great applicative potential in the thin endometrium treatment.
