摘  要:银屑病作为一种慢性炎症性皮肤病,近年来发病率呈逐年上升趋势,严重影响患者的生活质量。但银屑病的病因及病理机制非常复杂,涉及免疫和炎症等诸多因素,也给治疗带来极大困难,因此寻找银屑病的治疗靶点是当前急需解决的疑难问题。细胞信号转导通路在银屑病病因、病理机制以及进展、预后中发挥重要作用,因此成为目前银屑病相关领域的研究热点。其中,核因子κB信号通路、促分裂原活化的蛋白激酶、Janus激酶/信号转导及转录激活因子通路以及Notch通路在银屑病发病过程中发挥重要作用。As a chronic inflammatory skin disease,psoriasis sees a year by year increasing incidence in recent years,which has seriously affected the quality of life of patients.However,because of its complicated etiology and pathological mechanism,involving many factors such as immunity and inflammation,it also brings great difficulties to the treatment.Therefore,finding a therapeutic target for psoriasis is a difficult problem that needs to be solved urgently.Cellular signal transduction pathways play an important role in the etiology,pathological mechanism,progression,and prognosis of psoriasis,and thus have become a research hotspot in psoriasis-related fields.Among them,nuclear factor-kappa B signaling pathway,mitogen-activated protein kinase,Janus kinase/signal transduction and activator of transcription pathway,and Notch pathway all play important roles in the pathogenesis of psoriasis.
