摘  要:电池内阻大小能够直接反映电池的放电能力及预期寿命,是用于评价铅酸蓄电池性能的重要指标。提出一种基于交流注入法的铅酸蓄电池内阻检测系统。硬件系统包括中央处理器、正弦激励信号源、信号测量电路、温度测量电路等模块;软件系统实现了自动量程切换、状态LED显示、通信和数据处理等任务;针对信号过于微弱的问题,通过理论分析,采用数字锁相放大技术实现特殊处理。采用BT508内阻分析仪作为标准测试仪表进行对比测试验证,表明本系统测量结果偏差不超过0.03 mΩ,能够达到实际应用要求。The internal resistance of the battery can directly reflect the discharge capacity and expected life of the battery,which is an important index for evaluating the performance of lead-acid battery.An internal resistance detection system of lead-acid battery based on AC injection method is proposed.The hardware system includes modules including CPU,sinusoidal excitation signal source,signal measurement circuit and temperature measurement circuit;the software system realizes tasks including automatic range switching,status LED display,communication and data processing;aiming at the problem that the signal is too weak,by carrying out theoretical analysis,digital lock-in amplification technology is used to achieve special processing.The BT508 internal resistance analyzer is used as the standard test instrument for comparative test and verification.The test shows that the measurement deviation of the system is less than 0.03 mΩ,which can meet the requirements of practical appl ications.
