摘　　要：针对实践中圆锥孔滚动轴承拆装困难、装配质量难以保证的问题,在分析液压螺母结构和工作原理的基础上,结合工程实践,研究了液压螺母在圆锥孔滚动轴承装配技术中的应用规律和使用方法。持续注入液压螺母油腔的压力油可以使液压螺母向外产生巨大的推力,可用此推力来完成圆锥轴颈上、紧定套上或退卸套上等多种复杂应用场合中圆锥孔滚动轴承的拆装,但在使用时,需结合装配件的具体结构灵活调整液压螺母的装配方式。该研究对于保证圆锥孔滚动轴承的装配质量、提高拆装效率和更深入地开展液压螺母的应用研究及推广提供了有价值的参考。Aiming at the difficulty of assembling and disassembling tapered bore rolling bearing and the difficulty of ensuring the assembling quality in practice,based on the analysis of the structure,and working principle of the hydraulic nut and combined with the engineering practice,the application rules and usage methods of the hydraulic nut in the tapered hole rolling bearing assembly technology were studied.The pressure oil continuously injected into the oil chamber of the hydraulic nut can cause the hydraulic nut to generate a huge thrust outwards,which can be used to complete the assembly and disassembly of the tapered hole rolling bearing in a variety of complex applications such as on the conical journal,the adapter sleeve or the withdrawal sleeve.But the assembly mode of hydraulic nuts needs to be adjusted flexibly according to the specific structure of the parts.This research provides a valuable reference for ensuring the assembly quality of tapered bore rolling bearings,improving the efficiency of assembly and disassembly and more indepth application research and promotion of hydraulic nuts.
