摘　　要：随着科学技术的不断发展,农业机械化已逐渐向高速度、大功率、高效率等方向发展。但是,农业机械作业季节性强,工作环境恶劣,故障率相对较高。变速箱是农业机械的关键部件,其主要作用是传递扭矩和调节行驶速度。近年来,关于手动变速箱噪声的故障诊断研究越来越受到关注。首先,利用阶次和频谱分析技术,从阶次谱图中确定变速箱异响的类型以及特征阶次;然后,利用阶次关系定位故障源齿轮;最后,运用ROMAX软件进行仿真计算,找到变速箱啸叫的根本原因,为解决变速箱啸叫问题提供参考方向。With the continuous development of Science and technology,mechanized agriculture is of high speed,high power,high efficiency.However,the agricultural machinery is seasonal,the working environment is harsh,and the failure rate is relatively high.The gearbox is a key part of the agricultural machinery and its main role is to transmit torque and adjust speed.In recent years,more and more attention has been paid to the study of manual transmission noise fault diagnosis.Firstly,the order and spectrum analysis technology are used to determine the abnormal sound type and characteristic order from the order spectrum,and then the fault source gear is located by order relation.Finally,the ROMAX software is used to simulate and calculate,find out the root cause of the gearbox squeal,and provide reference direction for solving the problem of gearbox squeal.
