摘 要:为研究黑曲霉(Aspergillus niger)YF1菌株固体菌剂对土壤中烟嘧磺隆(Nicosulfuron)残留的降解效果,本试验通过单因素优化方法制备YF1固体菌剂,结合室内盆栽试验和田间小区试验,以小麦和白菜为指示植物,研究了YF1固体菌剂对土壤中烟嘧磺隆除草剂的降解作用。结果显示,YF1固体发酵的最适初始pH为7.5,最适培养时间为144 h。室内盆栽试验结果表明,当土壤中烟嘧磺隆浓度为0.1 mg/kg时添加菌剂25 g/kg处理42 d后,可将烟嘧磺隆对小麦株高的抑制率由50.77%降低至-8.47%;在烟嘧磺隆浓度分别为0.05和0.025 mg/kg时,添加菌剂12.5 g/kg处理35 d后,可将烟嘧磺隆对小麦株高的抑制率由45.24%和33.95%分别降低至1.55%和0.79%。田间小区试验结果表明,当土壤中10%烟嘧磺隆油悬浮剂的施药量为30 mL/667 m^2时,YF1菌剂能将烟嘧磺隆对小麦株高的抑制率由43.37%降低至20.31%;当施药量为40和50 mL/667 m^2时,YF1菌剂能将烟嘧磺隆对小麦的药害完全缓解,对白菜株高的抑制率由64.34%和51.11%分别降低至27.66%和38.42%。综上所述,YF1菌剂对土壤中烟嘧磺隆有较好的降解效果。In order to study the degradation effect of Aspergillus niger YF1 solid inoculum on nicosulfuron residues in soil,this experiment prepared YF1 solid inoculum by a single factor optimization method,combined with indoor pot experiment and field trial.Using wheat and cabbage as indicator plants,the effect of YF1 solid inoculum on the degradation of nicosulfuron herbicide in soil was studied.The results showed that the optimal initial pH of YF1 solid inoculum was 7.5,and the optimal cultivation time was 144 h.The results of the indoor pot experiment showed that when the concentration of nicosulfuron in the soil was 0.1 mg/kg,after adding 25 g/kg of the inoculant for 42 days,the inhibition rate of nicosulfuron on wheat plant height was reduced from 50.77%to-8.47%.When the nicosulfuron concentrations were 0.05 and 0.025 mg/kg,after adding 12.5 g/kg of inoculum for 35 days,the inhibition rates of nicosulfuron on wheat plant height were reduced from 45.24%and 33.95%to 1.55%and 0.79%,respectively.Field test results showed that when the application of 10%nicosulfuron oil suspension in the soil was 30 mL/667 m^2,YF1 inoculum could reduce the inhibition rate of nicosulfuron on wheat plant height from 43.37%to 20.31%.When the application was 40 and 50 mL/667 m^2,the YF1 inoculum could completely alleviate the phytosulfuron harm of nicosulfuron to wheat,and the inhibition rate on the plant height of cabbage was reduced from 64.34%and 51.11%to 27.66%and 38.42%,respectively.In summary,YF1 solid inoculum has a good degradation effect on nicosulfuron in soil.
