摘　　要：随着《网络安全法》的落地与执行,关键信息基础设施的安全保护问题备受关注。文章从分析国内外关键基础设施保护相关的政策法律法规入手,提出了基于风险导向建立健全关键信息基础设施安全保障体系的思路,并围绕着关键信息基础设施的业务特性,依据关键信息基础设施的关键属性和面临的安全威胁,阐述了如何构建全面的安全保障体系。With the implementation of the network security law,the security protection of key information infrastructure has attracted more and more attention.Starting from the analysis of foreign policies,laws and regulations related to the protection of key information infrastructure,this paper puts forward the idea of establishing and improving the security guarantee system of key information infrastructure based on risk orientation The key attribute of Shi and the security threat faced by it are described how to build a comprehensive security system.
