摘　　要：目的:探究对绝经期骨质疏松症患者,要提高认知程度,改善心理状态,采用系统化健康宣教联合骨密度仪测量的效果。方法:本研究共100例研究对象,均为绝经期骨质疏松症患者,50例进行系统化护理的患者为常规组,另50例在此基础上联合骨密度仪测量的患者为研究组,所有研究对象均选自2018年4月到2020年1月。比较分析干预前后的认知程度、心理状态差异。结果:干预后,在认知程度评分上,研究组明显高于常规组;在临床精神卫生症状自评量表(SCL-90)评分上,研究组明显低于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对绝经期骨质疏松症患者,要提高认知程度,改善心理状态,采用系统化健康宣教联合骨密度仪测量的效果好,值得推广。objective to explore the effect of systematic health education combined with bone mineral density(BMD)on improving cognition and mental state of postmenopausal osteoporosis patients.Methods In this study,a total of 100 subjects were selected,including menopausal patients with osteoporosis,50 patients receiving systematic nursing care were selected as the routine group,and the other 50 patients were selected as the study group based on combined BMD measurement.All the subjects were selected from April 2018 to January 2020.Compare and analyze the difference of cognitive degree and psychological state before and after intervention.Results after intervention,the cognitive scores of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group.On the score of clinical mental health symptom self-rating scale(scl-90),the study group was significantly lower than the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion for the postmenopausal osteoporosis patients,to improve the cognitive level,improve the psychological state,the use of systematic health education combined with bone mineral density instrument to measure the effect is good,worthy of promotion.
