摘  要:为杜绝重要保护不正确动作,南方电网要求列入Ⅰ级特维的保护设备应每年开展出口传动试验,必然增加停电操作的工作量和设备试验的风险,所以南网研发500kV线路不停电出口传动试验的保护版本并进行传动试验。通过对现有保护装置升级,利用保护装置发出单相跳闸脉冲,验证出口跳闸回路的正确性与完好性。该项研发逐步实现线路不停电传动代替停电出口传动试验甚至保护部检,无需停电操作,极大地减少了试验的工作量和作业风险,提高电网运行的可靠性。在南方电网中正在不断推广和实施,是继电保护重要的创新成果和发展方向。In order to prevent the incorrect action of important protection,China Southern Power Grid requires that the protection equipment listed in class I special maintenance should be tested every year,which will inevitably increase the workload of power outage switching and the risk of protection device test.Therefore,China Southern Power Grid has developed a protection version of 500kV line without power cut and conducted transmission test.By upgrading the existing protection device,the single-phase trip pulse is sent out by the protection device to verify the correctness and integrity of the outlet trip circuit.The research gradually realizes the transmission test without power cut instead of outage switching,and even the protection inspection,which greatly reduces the workload and operation risk of the test and improves the reliability of the power grid operation.It is being promoted and implemented in the southern power grid,which is an important innovation achievement and development direction of relay protection.
