由入网检测看如何提高综合配电箱(JP柜)的质量

摘　　要：综合配电箱JP柜是集电能分配、电度计量、保护(过载、短路、漏电)、控制和无功功率补偿于一体的综合装置,是柱台最主要的配电设备之一,因造价低、安装方式灵活、组装快捷、运维方便,在农网、工厂改造升级中广泛应用,其重要性不可言喻。为此,省电网组织了低压综合配电箱(JP柜)的入网检测,以检测这些企业是否能够按照JP柜技术规范书:《国家电网公司集中规模招标采购,国家电网公司总部,福建省固化技术规范书,智能低压配电箱》的相关要求进行生产,产品的质量是否能够达到国家标准以及规范的要求。该文基于大量产品入网检测数据进行分析,找出产品存在的缺陷、不足,并提出改进方案。JP cabinet is a concentration of power distribution,electrical measurement,protection,(overload,short circuit,leakage),control and reactive power compensation in an integrated device,is one of the most main distribution equipment column machine,because of low cost,flexible installation,quick assembly,convenient operations,on site,factories are widely used in the upgrade,the importance of unpredictable.So,the provincial power grid for low voltage synthetical JP cabinet net test,to determine whether the enterprise can according to JP cabinet technical specification book:The state grid corporation of centralized bidding procurement scale,state grid corporation headquarters,fujian curing technical specification book,intelligent low-voltage distribution box.Requirements for production,the quality of the product can meet the national standards and the requirements of the specification.Based on the analysis of a large number of product access test data,this paper finds out the defects and deficiencies of the products,and puts forward the improvement plan.
