摘　　要：GJB5000A是我国军用软件研制管理的强制性标准,该标准是军用软件工程化管理和过程改进的主要依据。该文结合GJB5000A标准要求,分析军用软件过程改进的要点,结合笔者所在组织软件工程化管理工作推进工作实践,探讨软件过程改进的最佳实践方法。GJB5000A is the compulsory standard for military software development and management in China,which is the main basis for engineering management and process improvement of military software.Combined with GJB5000A standard requirements,this paper analyzes the key points of military software process improvement,combined with the author's organization software engineering management work practice,discusses the best practice method of software process improvement.
