摘 要:太湖隧道是国内在建最长的水下隧道,受结构尺寸、环境条件、施工方式等因素的影响,隧道主体结构混凝土在施工期内容易出现开裂、渗漏。因此,抑制混凝土出现贯穿性收缩裂缝,实现结构自防水是保障工程建设质量的关键。采用基于水化-温度-湿度-约束耦合模型的理论新方法,对隧道主体结构混凝土在不同工况条件下的开裂风险进行量化评估,实现混凝土收缩开裂风险可计算,抗裂性能可设计。在此基础之上,从控制混凝土温度和变形两方面提出了混凝土自防水性能指标及方案。通过采用能够降低混凝土温升、补偿混凝土收缩的抗裂功能材料,以及控制入模温度和分阶段养护的施工工艺措施,实现收缩开裂风险可控制。截止目前,太湖隧道主体结构施工时间超过20个月,已回水超过3 km,未出现贯穿性收缩裂缝及其引起的渗漏。Taihu Lake Tunnel is the longest cast-in-situ tunnel under water in China upon its completion.Due to the effect of the structural size,environmental condition and construction method,the main structures of this tunnel are vulnerable to concrete cracking and leakage during construction period.Hence,it is the key point to inhibit penetrating shrinkage crack of concrete and realize structural waterproof in order to guarantee the engineering quality.A novel multi-field coupling model considering the factors of hygral,thermal,chemical and mechanical was adopted to evaluate the cracking risk of concrete under different construction conditions,which realized the calculation the cracking risk of concrete and the design of cracking resistance.Then,the self-waterproof related indexes and schemes were proposed both from the perspective of temperature and deformation control.The shrinkage cracking risk was controlled within the safety threshold by the use of a novel functional material,which reduced the temperature rise and compensated shrinkage deformation of concrete,together with appropriate construction measures including the control of molding temperature,and whole process curing by stages.To date,the construction time of the main structures was more than 20 months,the length of backwater area was over 3 kilometers,no penetrating shrinkage crack and leakage were observed in the main structure concrete.
