摘　　要：新型冠状病毒肺炎是一种新发、突发的传染病,属于中医学疫病范畴。从发病的季节、气候及临床表现看:寒湿是发病的始动因素,但因患者体质差异可出现不同的病机演变,临床需据此分期辨证论治。Coronavirus Disease 2019(COVID-19)is a new and sudden infectious disease,which seriously threatens to human health.COVID-19 belongs to the category of epidemic diseases in traditional Chinese Medi⁃cine.Analyzing from season,climate and clinical manifestation,cold-dampness is the initial factors of the attack of COVID-19.However,the patient′s physique may have different pathogenesis evolution;therefore,clinical syn⁃drome differentiation and treatment should be based on different stages.
