电针联合隔物灸治疗膀胱过度活动综合征(肾阳亏虚证)的研究

摘　　要：目的观察电针联合隔物灸治疗膀胱过度活动综合征(肾阳亏虚证)的临床疗效。方法患者60例随机分为对照组与治疗组。两组均配合一线常规疗法(包括行为治疗、改变生活方式和患者教育)。治疗组予电针联合隔物灸治疗,每日1次,每次15 min,5 d为1个疗程,共3个疗程,对照组予缩泉胶囊治疗。结果两组患者症状与治疗前相比均减轻(P<0.05);治疗组在膀胱过度活动症评分(OABSS评分)、白天排尿次数、夜间排尿次数、尿失禁次数、尿急次数、每次排尿量方面优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率为93.33%,显著高于对照组的70.00%(P<0.05)。结论电针联合隔物灸治疗膀胱过度活动综合征疗效显著,具有重要临床价值。Objective:To study the clinical effect of electroacupuncture combined with indirect moxibustion on overactive bladder syndrome(deficiency syndrome of kidney Yang).Methods:60 OAB patients were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group.Both groups were treated with the first-line therapies(includ⁃ing behavioral therapy,lifestyle changes and patient education).The treatment group was treated with electroacu⁃puncture and indirect moxibustion,5 days as a treatment course,a total of 3 courses.The control group was treated with Suoquan Pills.Results:Symptoms in both groups were relieved compared with before(P<0.05).The treat⁃ment group was better than the control group in OABSS score,the number of urination during the day,urination at night and urinary incontinence,number of urination urgency and average number of urination per time(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group(93.33%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(70.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Electroacupuncture combined with indirect moxibustion is effective on overactive bladder syndrome(kidney deficiency type),with important clini⁃cal value and worth popularizing.
