摘　　要：为有效提升铁路软件研发能力,使开发的软件更好地满足铁路发展需要,就当前中国铁路昆明局集团有限公司(简称:昆明局集团公司)软件开发现状及普遍存在的问题进行深入分析,如数据资产利用、网络安全防护、大数据应用等问题。提出规划软件开发战略、统筹规划和管理网信安全及软件运维、加快信息系统研发基础性建设、加快推进大数据技术应用、加强合作与交流等软件研发工作改进建议。In order to effectively improve the railway software research and development capability and make the developed software better meet the needs of railway development,this article analyzed the current software development status and common problems of China Railway Kunming Group Corporation Limited,such as data asset utilization,network security protection,big data application,etc.,and put forward some improvement suggestions for software research and development,such as planning software development strategy,overall planning and managing network information security,software operation and maintenance,speeding up the basic construction of information system research and development,accelerating the application of big data technology,and strengthening cooperation and exchanges.
