摘　　要：在城市化和社会转型背景下,我国农村集体土地流转频发,其收益分配成为农民取得经济利益的重要途径,并对其生活消费、工作选择以及社会心理带来显著影响。以新丰村集体土地流转为例,有助于探讨此种收益分配究竟给村民生活以何种改变,包括衣食住行、教育、医疗等日常行为的变化,就业创业以及理财方式的变化,如选择提前退休以及稳健型的投资理财方式等,同时还带来新的社会心理效应,如整体上的心理满足感增强与安于现状者增多,但也触发了部分人的心理焦虑或心理失衡等负效应问题。农民城市化过程中现代生活方式的转型,需从制度政策与体制机制构建上给予更多的关注。In the context of urbanization and social transformation,rural collective land circulation in China is frequent,and its income distribution has become an important way for farmers to obtain economic benefits,and has a significant impact on their life consumption,job choice and social psychology.This study XinFeng Village collective land circulation events,for example,to explore this exactly what changes to the villagers’lives to income distribution,including the food and clothing changes in daily behavior,such as choose to retire ahead of schedule and steady way of finance and investment,etc.,at the same time also bring new social psychological effects,such as psychological satisfaction enhancement and the status quo of overall increase,but also trigger some psychological anxiety or psychological imbalances such as negative effects.More attention should be paid to the transformation of modern life style in the process of peasant urbanization from institutional policy and institutional mechanism construction.
