摘  要:探讨了在低温热源、直连供暖系统中解决用户供暖末端设备超压的方案。以某供暖建筑面积为33万m^2的住宅区域供热工程为例,分析了在不同的输送系统、补水定压系统下用户供暖系统工作压力的变化。最终采用用户泵设置在回水的三级泵输送系统及控制精度高的大型水泵式定压装置,在直连供暖系统中解决了低温地面辐射供暖系统超压的问题。该解决途径可供系统超压不多的低温热源项目参考。Discusses the solution to the overpressure of user's heating terminal equipment in the direct supply system with low temperature heat source.Taking a residential building heating project with total heating area of 330000 m^2 as an example,analyses the working pressure changes of the user's heating system under different hydraulic transportation systems and water replenishing and pressure fixing systems.Finally,applies the three-stage pump delivery system with the user pump installed in return water pipeline and the highly accurate controlled pump pressure fixing device to solve the overpressure problem in low temperature floor radiant heating systems.This solution can be used as a reference for the similar system with low temperature heat source.
