摘 要:通过调整焊丝氮含量研究了氮含量对308L埋弧焊熔敷金属室温和350℃高温拉伸强度的影响,测试了不同氮含量熔敷金属拉伸性能。结果表明:熔敷金属氮含量在0.046%~0.096%范围内,随着氮含量的增加,熔敷金属室温强度提高;氮含量由0.046%增加至0.077%时,熔敷金属室温强度明显提高;氮含量由0.077%增加至0.096%时,熔敷金属室温强度无明显变化。随着氮含量的增加,熔敷金属350℃高温强度呈线性提高,延伸率和断面收缩率等塑性指标无明显变化。通过提高焊丝氮含量解决了308L埋弧焊熔敷金属350℃高温抗拉强度偏低的问题,研制出满足三代核电要求的埋弧焊焊材HS308LH+SJ601H。By changing the wire nitrogen content,nitro-gen treatment on room temperature and 350℃high tempe-rature tensile strength in 308L submerged arc welding deposited metal is studied.The tensile properties of deposited metals with different nitrogen contents were tested.The results showed that,the nitrogen content of deposited metal was within the range of 0.046%~0.096%,the room temperature strength of deposited metal increased with the increase of nitrogen content.The room temperature strength of the deposited metal was significantly improved when the nitrogen content increased from 0.046%to 0.077%,the room temperature strength of the deposited metal was no significant changed when the nitrogen content increased from 0.077%to 0.096%.The 350℃high temperature strength of the deposited metal linearly increased with the increase of nitrogen content,but 350℃high temperature elongation and reduction of area was no significant change with the increase of nitrogen content.The problem of low 350℃high temperature tensile strength of submerged arc welding deposited metal was solved by improving the nitrogen content in the 308L wire.The submerged arc welding material HS308LH+SJ601H has been developed to meet the require-ments of third-generation nuclear power.
