摘　　要：基于江苏电信连云港分公司多年来应急发电抢修实践,遵循全面质量管理(QC)的思路与方法,对通信局站尤其是重点局站核心机楼的应急发电抢修全过程影响因素进行分析,总结了提升应急发电抢修效率的一些方法与技巧,供同行借鉴参考。Based on the emergency power generation repair practice of Lianyungang Branch of Jiangsu Telecom for many years and following the thoughts and methods of Total Quality Management(QC),this paper analyses the influencing factors of the whole process of emergency power generation repair in communication bureaus,especially in the core building of key bureaus,and summarizes some methods and techniques to improve the efficiency of emergency power generation repair,which can be used for reference by peers.
