摘　　要：为了满足用户对柴油发电机组低噪声的要求,设计了双层风道超静音电源。结果表明:该静音电源采用侧进侧排的双层风道降噪结构,具有显著的降噪效果,可满足7 m处空载噪声值小于65 dB(A);该静音电源采用喷塑工艺,具备良好的防腐蚀性能,防腐防锈性能达到海运和海洋环境使用标准;同时,该静音电源采用功能全面的智能控制系统,实现机组自启停、远程监控等功能,并能对机组多种异常状况提供自动保护报警、停机功能。In order to meet the requirement of low noise of diesel generator sets,the ultra-silent power supply with double air duct is designed.The results show that the silent power adopts double-layer air duct noise reduction structure of side-in and side-row,which has significant noise reduction effect,and can meet the no-load noise value less than 65 dB(A)at 7 meters.The silent power adopts plastic spraying process,which has good anti-corrosion performance,and the anti-corrosion and anti-rust performance reaches the standards for using in sea transportation and marine environments.At the same time,the silent power adopts intelligent control system with comprehensive functions,which realizes functions such as self-starting and stopping,remote monitoring of the unit,and can provide automatic protection alarm and shutdown functions for various abnormal conditions of the unit.
