摘 要:近年来随着锂离子电池的爆发式生产和使用,退役电池的处理成为人类必须思考和解决的问题。电动汽车和通信后备电源等领域对电池性能需求的差异,以及电池本身的长寿命特性,为磷酸铁锂电池的进行梯次利用提供了可能。另一方面,为降低退役电池造成的污染环境,进行资源的可回收利用,打造绿色产业链,对退役电池进行回收处理和再利用势在必行。文中对目前电池的回收方法、回收再生材料的性能及效益进行了对比分析,提升了磷酸铁锂电池在通信领域的再利用可行性。With the explosive production and usage of lithium ion batteries in recent years,Their retreatment became a problem that human beings must think about and that have to be solved.The different requirement on the performance of batteries in electric vehicle and communication backup power made it possible for long life-span litium iron phosphate batteries to be used for the second time.On the other hand,retreatment and reutilization of retired lithium ion batteries,which can recycle resources and create a green industrial chain,areimperative to reduce the environmental pollution caused by decommissioned batteries.In this paper,methods of recycling of lithium ion phosphate batteries and the performance of recycled materials are compared and analyzed to improve the feasibility of reutilization of lithium iron phosphate batteries in communication backup area.
