智能化网络能源管理技术和系统在通信机房安全与节能方面的应用研究

摘　　要：2019年6月6日中国5G商用牌照正式发放,2020年3月4日中国将数据中心作为“新基建”国家战略目标任务正式提出,这些通信行业路标,引发业界广泛关注。根据研究机构数据显示,由云计算市场规模的增长,带动IDC市场规模的提升,中国IDC市场规模2010年为102亿元,截止2019年达到1586亿元。我国目前正处于数字化转型的关键时期,传统宽带业务兼顾5G建设与云计算业务的飞速发展,在这样的新业态下,相关数据显示,中国IDC市场规模2022年将达到3200亿元,2025年突破万亿元规模,数据中心将面临新的机遇和挑战。文中从数据中心机房安全与节能方面做应用探索研究,对机房的电能质量与能耗管控过程中遇到的问题和不足进行阐述,介绍如何结合信息化工具,结合能源大数据来驱动能效的提升,利用标准化来实现机房智能管控,在数据机房数据化、信息化、智能化方面,做了大胆尝试和应用研究:论证了机房网络能源智能管控平台的重要作用,并通过能源管控获得经济效益和社会效益的提升。On June 6th,2019,China’s 5G commercial license was officially issued,and on March 4th,2020,China formally proposed the data center as a national strategic target and task of“new infrastructure”.These communication industry signposts have attracted extensive attention from the industry.According to the data of research institutions,the growth of the market size of cloud computing have led to the promotion of IDC market size.The market size of IDC in China was 10.2 billion yuan in 2010,and reached 158.6 billion yuan by 2019.At present,China is in a critical period of digital transformation.Also,the traditional broadband services combine 5g construction and cloud computing services are developing rapidly.In such a new business state,relevant data shows that the scale of China’s IDC market will reach 320 billion yuan in 2022 and break through the scale of trillion yuan in 2025,thus data centers will face new opportunities and challenges.This paper explores the application of data center computer room security and energy saving,describing the problems and deficiencies encountered in the process of power quality and energy consumption control in the computer room.Furthermore,it introduces how to combine information tools and energy big data to drive the improvement of energy efficiency,using standardization to realize intelligent control of computer room.In the aspect of data room digitization,informatization and intelligentization,bold attempts and application research have been made:demonstrated the important role of intelligent control platform of network energy in computer room,and achieved economic and social benefits through energy management and control.
