摘 要:以粉末活性炭(PAC)-平板陶瓷膜联用工艺为研究对象,考察了向长江水中投加不同剂量的PAC时膜污染的控制效果及其对联用工艺出水的水质影响。结果表明:在恒定通量为120 L/(m^2·h)的模式下,与陶瓷膜直接过滤相比,联用工艺可显著降低跨膜压差,膜污染阻力下降,有效缓解膜污染。PAC投加量对膜污染的影响程度较大,但是PAC投加量越高,膜污染控制效果并非越好。联用工艺可有效降低水中DOC、UV254含量,PAC吸附可显著降低水中腐殖酸类荧光区域荧光强度,提升净水效能。综合考虑膜污染控制和出水水质提升两方面因素,在相同条件下,投加30 mg/L PAC时达到的处理效果最佳。Taking the combined process of powdered activated carbon(PAC)-plate ceramic membrane filtration as the research object,the effect of membrane fouling control and its influence on the effluent water quality of the combined process were investigated when different amount of PAC were added into Yangtze River raw water.The results showed that,under the condition of membrane constant flux of 120 L/(m^2·h),compared to ceramic membrane direct filtration,the combined process could significantly reduce the transmembrane pressure,reduce the resistance of membrane fouling,and effectively alleviate membrane fouling.PAC dosage has a great impact on membrane fouling,but higher PAC dosage doesn′t mean that the membrane pollution control effect is better.The combined process can effectively reduce the content of DOC and UV254 in water,PAC adsorption can significantly reduce the fluorescence intensity of humic acids in water,and improve water purification efficiency.Considering from aspects of membrane fouling control and effluent quality improvement,30 mg/L PAC can get the best water treatment effect under the same condition.
