摘 要:逆流式机械通风冷却塔的墙体、梁柱上易产生冷却水壁流现象。壁流水没有经过填料热交换,直接进入集水池,虽然壁流水量相对较小,但会影响到整个冷却塔的冷却效率。对产生冷却塔壁流的原因进行了分析,通过建立数学模型量化布水壁流水量,探讨了减少布水壁流的适当措施。The phenomenon of cooling water wall flow is easy to occur on the walls and beam columns of counter flow mechanical draft cooling tower.Cooling water wall flow directly enters the collecting tank without heat exchanging through fillers.Although cooling water wall flow quantity is relatively small,it affects the cooling efficiency of the whole cooling tower.The causes of water distribution wall flow of cooling tower were analyzed,and the water distribution wall flow quantity was quantified by establishing a mathematical model;besides,appropriate measures to reduce the water distribution wall flow were also discussed.
