摘　　要：为适应家有老人的两代或三代家庭多样化的居住需求,研究探索广州保障房套型设计的可持续路径。依据广州近年保障房的实际租配户型特征,探讨不同家庭结构住户的多样性居住需求,并从家庭结构与套型关联性的角度评价广州典型保障房套型在功能布局、尺度等方面的适应性。在总结实践经验的基础上,基于住宅模块化的设计理念,构建小面积保障房套型定制模块的适应性空间系列。研究初步探索了小面积套型模块与多代居住需求相适应的设计策略。In order to adapt to the diverse living needs of multigenerational families,sustainable strategies for affordable housing design were studied and explored.Based on data regarding recent rent and allocation characteristics of Guangzhou public housing,we identified the diverse living demands of different family structures.Evaluations of typical dwelling units in terms of functional layout and scale adaptive characteristics were conducted,focusing on the relevance between family structure and housing model.Based on summaries of practical experiences and modules'design concepts,a series of adaptive space customization modules were constructed for public rental housing.This study explores the preliminary adaptive design strategies of modular,small-area dwelling units which can meet multigenerational living demands.
