大型预制混凝土柱结构性能检验的试验研究

摘　　要：大型预制混凝土柱构件截面尺寸大、承载力高,结构性能检验不宜实施,《混凝土结构工程施工质量验收规范》(GB 50204-2015)只有简支受弯预制构件的结构性能检验要求。针对大型预制混凝土柱构件的结构性能检验的难题,提出了采用切割拆分的方法分割成局部轴心受压试件和受弯试件,进行局部试件的轴心受压试验和受弯试验,从而推断大型预制混凝土柱的结构性能。对4个大型预制混凝土柱试件进行试验研究,通过切割拆分形成24个轴心受压试件和10个局部受弯试件,分别进行了轴心受压试验和受弯试验,试验中考虑了不同混凝土强度、不同纵筋配筋状态及不同箍筋形式等参数的影响。在综合考虑各种影响因素的情况下,提出了轴心受压试件轴压性能和受弯试件受弯性能承载力检验的指标,进而提出了大型预制混凝土柱结构性能检验的方法。Pre-cast concrete columns usually have large sections and high load resistances,thus,the test of the structural property is hard to implement,Code for quality acceptance of concrete structures construction(GB 50204-2015) only provides the test requirement for simply-supported pre-cast structural member subject to bending.A segmented test method is proposed by cutting the structural member into pieces,the cut pieces will be tested respectively with pure axial compression load and pure bending.Four big pre-cast concrete columns are investigated.They are cut into 24 pieces subject to axial compression and 10 pieces subject to local bending.Different concrete strength,longitudinal reinforcement and stirrups are considered as influential parameters.With an integrative consideration of the influential factors,the target values of the load resistance of members under axial compression and bending are determined accordingly,thus the testing method for large pre-cast concrete column structural property is proposed.
