摘  要:本文结合河北省范围内多项古建筑及近现代文物建筑修缮保护项目,制备以纯白灰、白灰砂浆、掺灰泥等传统灰浆为粘结材料的手工青砖砌体标准试件,开展了以传统灰浆为粘结材料的手工青砖砌体受压试验。研究了该类砌体受压的破坏过程和特征,分析了GB 50003-2011中给定砌体抗压强度平均值计算式在该类砌体中的适用性。结果表明,以传统灰浆为粘结材料的手工青砖砌体开裂较早,最终破坏形态与以现代砂浆为粘结材料的烧结普通砖砌体相似,手工青砖砌体抗压强度平均值可采用规范规定烧结普通砖砌体计算式计算。通过试验数据分析,确定了以传统灰浆为粘结材料的手工青砖砌体抗压强度设计值,建立了该类砌体应力应变曲线,推荐了适用于该类砌体的弹性模量参考值。Based on a number of renovation and protection projects of ancient and modern architectural cultural relics in Hebei Province,the standard specimens of the manual gray brick masonry with traditional mortars made of lime,lime-sand,mud-lime as bonding materials are prepared,and the compression tests of these manual gray brick masonry with traditional mortars as bonding materials are carried out.The failure process and characteristics of this kind of masonry are studied.The applicability of the formula for calculating the average compressive strength of masonry structures in Code for Design of Masonry Structure(GB 50003-2011)in this kind of masonry is analyzed.The results show that the manual gray brick masonry with traditional mortars as bonding materials cracks earlier,and the final failure form is similar to the ordinary brick masonry with modern mortars as bonding materials.The compression strength of gray brick masonry can adopt the code value.Based on the experimental analysis,the compression strength design value of manual gray brick masonry with traditional mortar as bonding materials is determined,the stress-strain curve of this kind of masonry is established,and the reference value of elastic modulus suitable for this kind of masonry is recommended.
