摘　　要：论文针对某城市红层地基差异沉降的复杂问题,通过对建筑场地沉降、变形、裂缝等现象的综合调查,地基差异沉降影响因素的专门分析、有关岩土工程问题的计算评价,深入剖析了该红层地基产生差异沉降的原因。研究结果表明:导致红层地基差异沉降的原因是在地基40m^50m深度范围内存在由富含石膏、芒硝、钙芒硝等可溶性岩石形成的溶蚀空洞,在地下水、施工降水、地震等因素的综合作用下,覆盖层岩土体产生了差异沉降。经过初步的勘察诊断,采用注浆加固的方法有效地控制了地基的不均匀沉降变形,说明对红层地基差异沉降问题的分析是合理的,注浆加固措施是有效的。This paper aims at the complicated problem of differential settlement of a red bed foundation,through comprehensive investigation of settlement,deformation,cracks and other phenomena on the construction site,special analysis of influencing factors of differential settlement of the foundation and calculation and evaluation of geotechnical engineering issues,the reasons for the differential settlement of the red foundation are thoroughly analyzed.The results show that the reason for the differential settlement of a red bed foundation in Chengdu is that there is a layer of rock rich in gypsum,mirabilite,glauberite and other soluble components within the depth of 40m〜50m of the foundation.Because of the comprehensive effect of groundwater,construction precipitation,earthquake and other factors,the differential settlement is generated.After preliminary investigation and diagnosis,the non-uniform settlement and deformation of foundation can be effectively controlled by grouting reinforcement method,which indicates that the analysis of differential settlement of red bed foundation is reasonable and the grouting reinforcement measures are effective.
