摘　　要：铸轧生产中熔炼炉的运行对生产成本、产品质量、环保排放等影响较大,科学合理的运行方案是各铸轧生产企业关注的重点。本文分别从铸轧铝熔炼炉的加料、升温熔化、配料、精炼、搅拌、扒渣、保温等熔炼工艺,燃烧系统的控制和燃烧系统的关键设备等方面进行分析,并对生产实践中存在的问题给出科学的运行方案,使铸轧熔炼炉达到高效、环保、节能的运行结果。The operation of smelting furnace in casting-rolling production has a great influence on production cost,product quality,environmental protection emission,etc.Scientific and reasonable operation scheme is the focus of all casting-rolling production enterprises.The smelting processes of casting-rolling aluminum smelting furnace,such as charging,heating and melting,batching,refining,stirring,slag removal,heat preservation,etc.the control and key equipment of the combustion system are respectively analyzed,and a scientific operation scheme is given according to the existing problems in the production practice,so that the casting-rolling smelting furnace can achieve high efficiency,environmental protection and energy saving operation results.
