摘　　要：结合一台湍动流化床气化焚烧炉的运行实例,通过分析焚烧炉的运行工况、风机的性能曲线、供风系统的风道及空预器的结构,解决了一次风机的喘动及二次风道的振动的问题,对湍动流化床气化焚烧炉的安全运行具有重要的意义。Combined with the operation of a turbulent fluidized bed gasifier,through analyzing the operation condition of the incinerator,the performance curve of the fan,the air duct of the air supply system and the structure of the air preheater,the problems of the primary fan surge and the secondary air duct vibration are solved,which has great significance for the safe operation of the turbulent fluidized bed gasifier.
