摘 要:为改善转炉无水副枪用浇注料的抗热震性,用质量分数分别为73%的板状刚玉、14%的烧结莫来石、3%的CA80水泥、10%的α-Al2O3微粉制备了刚玉-莫来石浇注料,研究了SiO2微粉外加量(质量分数分别为0%、1%、2%、3%、4%)对不同温度处理后刚玉-莫来石浇注料性能的影响。实验结果表明:随着SiO2微粉加入量的增加,试样由膨胀逐渐变为收缩;显气孔率、常温抗折强度和常温耐压强度略有增加,体积密度先增加后降低;1 550℃处理后试样抗热震性能有所增加,且在SiO2微粉加入量为1%时试样的抗热震性能最佳,抗折强度保持率为47%。SiO2微粉与Al2O3反应原位生成莫来石产生体积膨胀,在试样内部形成了一定量的微裂纹,提高了试样的抗热震性。In order to improve the thermal shock resistance of castable for converter water free sub lance,corundum mullite castables were prepared with 73% tabular corundum,14% sintered mullite,3%CA80 cement and 10% α-Al2 O3 micropowder respectively.The effects of SiO2 addition(0%,1%,2%,3%,4%) on the properties of corundum mullite castables after different temperatures were studied.The results show that:with the increase of SiO2 powder,the sample changes from expansion to shrinkage;the apparent porosity,flexural strength and compressive strength at room temperature slightly increase,and the bulk density increases first and then decreases.The thermal shock resistance of the sample after treatment at 1 550℃ increases,and the best thermal shock resistance is obtained when the amount of SiO2 powder is 1%,and the retention rate of flexural strength is 47%.The volume expansion of mullite formed in situ by the reaction of SiO2 powder and Al2 O3 results in a certain amount of microcracks in the sample,which improves the thermal shock resistance of the sample.
