摘　　要：通过对板坯加热炉出钢装置进行改造,新建高位出钢机。该高位出钢机结构简单,运行稳定,控制精确,通过改造解决了推钢式加热炉炉头斜坡滑道出钢刮伤问题,提高产品表面质量。Through reforming the tapping device of slab reheating furnace,a new high-level tapping machine is built.The structure of the high position tapping machine is simple,the operation is stable and the control is accurate.Through the transformation,the problem of tapping scratch on the slope slide of the pusher furnace head is solved,and the product surface quality is improved.
