摘  要:炼钢厂钢包水口座砖在使用过程中不断产生裂纹,严重影响钢包使用寿命,制约现场生产。通过对比国内几家水口座砖,从座砖本身质量、座砖四周浇注料施工、烘烤,钢包周转过程温降,更换水口操作方面进行调整,并对于可能影响的环节提出整改措施,逐步消除了后续隐患,取得了满意的效果。In the process of using ladle nozzle block in steel-making plant,cracks constantly occur,which seriously affect the service life of ladle and restrict on-site production.Through the comparison of several domestic nozzle seat bricks,some adjust are made from the quality of the block itself,the pouring material construction and baking around the block,the temperature drop in the ladle turnover process,and the operation of replacing the nozzle.The rectification measures for the possible influencing links are proposed,and the subsequent hidden dangers are gradually eliminated,and satisfactory results are achieved.
