中美贸易不平衡的表现及原因透析

摘　　要：随着中美双边贸易的快速发展,其贸易失衡问题日益凸显,影响双边经贸关系的发展。中美贸易不平衡主要体现在两国货物贸易顺差和服务贸易逆差。由于中美统计方法不同、产业结构差异、国民的储蓄与消费观念差异、美国对中国高技术产品出口的限制、产业转移、美国对华投资的贸易替代效应、中国的外贸政策等原因最终导致了中美贸易不平衡。In the wake of burgeoning growth of bilateral trade between China and the United States,the matter of Sino-US trade imbalance has gradually emerged,affecting the development of economic and trade relations between the two countries.One of the biggest characteristics of Sino-US trade imbalance is that the Sino-US trade surplus in goods and deficit in service.Disparate Sino-US trade statistical approach and industrial structure,the United States’export control on China’s advanced technology product,industrial relocation,the effect of replacement and migration to foreign investment in China,etc.,ultimately lead to the Sino-US trade imbalances.
