摘　　要：在铜带精轧机组薄带轧制生产中,当带材的厚度薄到一定程度(t≦0.4 mm)时,需要使用皮带助卷器进行辅助助卷,为使助卷设备既能占用空间小,又能够实现安全生产,本文设计开发了一种立式自复位皮带助卷器。介绍了该新型立式自复位皮带助卷器的设备组成、工作原理。通过对助卷器皮带的受力分析,提出皮带张紧力的计算公式,探讨合理的助卷器皮带辊的配置方法,以获得最佳的助卷效果。该装置经现场使用效果良好,值得大力推广。In the thin strip rolling production of the copper strip finishing mill,when the thickness of strip is thin to a certain extent(t≤0.4 mm),it is necessary to use the belt wrapper to assist the coiling.In order to make the coiling equipment not only occupy less space,but also realize safe production,this paper designs and develops a vertical self-resetting belt wrapper.It introduced the equipment composition and working principle of a new vertical self-resetting belt wrapper.Through the force analysis of the belt wrapper,the calculation formula of the belt tension is obtained,and the reasonable collocation method of the belt roller is discussed to obtain the best coiling effect.The device has a good effect on the field,and will be worth to promote.
