摘 要:针对板坯连铸生产过程中出现的铸坯中心偏析缺陷,从机理上分析了其形成原因,采用动态轻压下技术很好地改善了铸坯中心偏析。动态轻压下技术主要包括温度场计算模型和动态压下计算模型两部分,温度场计算模型采用了板坯凝固传热理论和有限元差分法进行铸坯表面温度、铸坯中心温度、两相区固相率分布等参数的精确计算;动态压下模型则根据两相区固相率分布、设备承受应力约束、铸坯热收缩量、铸坯凝固速度等计算压下区间、压下量和压下速率参数,并制定不同工况下的压下动作规则。生产实践证明,动态轻压下技术的应用大大减轻了铸坯中心偏析缺陷,提高了铸坯内部质量。For slab center segregationin the continuous casting production process,this paper analyses its forming reasons,and application of dynamic soft reduction techonology can improve greatly the slab center segregation.The dynamic soft reduction techonology consistes of temperature field calculation model and dynamic soft reduction calculation model.Temperature field calculation model adoptes solidification heat transfer theory and finite element difference method to calculatethe slab surface temperature,slab center temperature and solid fraction distibution of solid-liquid phase region.Dynamic soft reduction calculation model calculates the reduction range,reduction amount and reduction rate,according to solid fraction distibution of mix zone,stress constraints on equipment,slab heat shrinkage and slab solidafication speed.Meanwhile it set the reduction schedule under different working condition.The practice proves that the slab center segregation are reduced and slab internal quality are improved by dynamic soft reduction techonology.
