摘  要:热镀锌锌层厚度是评估热镀锌产品防腐性能及成本控制的关键指标。参照传统热浸镀锌生产工艺,研究了氯化锌和氯化铵的浓度、助镀液温度、镀锌时间、锌液温度及合金Al的含量对镀锌层性能及外观的影响,选择合适的影响因子,并通过正交试验法对热浸镀锌工艺进行了优化。结果表明:最佳镀锌工艺的助镀液浓度为氯化锌150 g/L、氯化铵150 g/L,助镀液温度为60~80℃,镀锌时间为150 s,锌液为440℃,合金Al的含量为0.2%。通过最优镀锌工艺获得了厚度为86.1μm、表面平整且光亮的镀层,镀锌试样进行的硫酸铜试验及落锤试验时,未发生漏铁现象且镀锌层不凸起、不剥落,满足国家标准要求。The zinc layer thickness of hot dip galvanized is a key indicator for evaluating the anti-corrosion performance and the cost control of hot dip galvanized products.According to the traditional hot dip galvanizing production process,the effects of the concentration of zinc chloride and ammonium chloride,the help platingtemperature,the galvanizing time,the temperature of zinc solution and the content of aluminum alloy on the performance and appearance of the zinc coating were studied.Selecting the suitable influence factors,the hot dip galvanizing process was optimized by orthogonal test method.The results show that the best galvanizing processconsist of the help plating concentration is 150 g/L zinc chloride and 150 g/L ammonium chloride,the temperature of the help platingis 60~80℃,the galvanizing time is 150 s,and the zinc temperature is 440℃,the Al content of alloys is 0.2%etc.Through the optimal galvanizing process,a coating with 86.1μm thickness and smooth-bright surface was obtained.The copper sulfate test and the drop weight test were conducted for the galvanized sample,it had noleakageiron,and that the galvanized layer didn’t bulge and peel off,and meet the requirements of national standards.
