摘 要:在垂直螺旋输送机输送过程中,明显存在颗粒附着输送轴进行周向运动的现象,这种现象抑制了颗粒的轴向运动。本文提出了改变螺旋叶片截面母线形状,即采用非直线型截面的螺旋叶片进行物料输送的方案。采用离散元仿真(DEM)分析方法对垂直螺旋输送机分别采用直母线和曲母线的螺旋叶片输送过程进行模拟。模拟结果表明,采用曲母线螺旋叶片进行输送时输送机料槽内的颗粒在轴向速度不变的前提下向料槽外侧堆积,有效改善颗粒流形并提高输送效率。During the conveying process of the vertical screw conveyor,there is a clear phenomenon in which the particles adhere to the conveying shaft for circumferential movement,and this phenomenon suppresses the shaft movement of the particles.A scheme of changing the busbar shape of helical blade cross section,that is taking a non-linear cross section busbar shape of blade for material transportation,was proposed in this paper.The discrete element simulation(DEM)analysis method was used to simulate the transporting process of vertical screw conveyors with straight and curve helicalblade respectively.The simulation results show that when the curve helical blade is used for conveying,the particles will accumulate outside of convey or trough under the premise of similar shaft speed,which can effectively improve the particle manifold and increase the transportation efficiency.
